What I am focused on now, what is actively taking shape, and the season of work this site is currently moving through.

Right now the emphasis is on building a more coherent body of software, products, and systems rather than scattering effort too widely. That includes products that can stand on their own, systems that support deeper experiments, and a stronger public surface for the software already in motion.
A lot of the current direction lives at the intersection of practical software, AI-assisted systems, creative infrastructure, and the longer arc of building products that stay useful. Some of that work is quiet and structural. Some of it is more visible. Both matter.
This page is a snapshot, not a manifesto. The point is to mark direction honestly while the work is still happening.
